It’s based on current legal requirements and professional best practice and was published on 20 July 2016 by the Information Governance Alliance (IGA)

Why is this online Care Certificate Standard 14 training course important?

The Data Protection Act 1984 introduced rules on the storage and use of information.  The Act was revised in 2003 to include paper-based filing systems data.
